How do I set up email forwarding?

Follow these steps to set up email forwarding from your Reach email to your preferred email address. 

Steps: 

  1. On your computer – this cannot be done on a mobile device – log into your Reach email.
  2. Click on the “Settings” gear icon on the top right.
  3. Click “See all settings”
  4. Click in "Forwarding and POP/MAP" and then click "Add a forwarding address.”
  5. Follow the directions to finish setting up forwarding and SAVE Changes. 

Tips for success: 

  • Ask your peer to send you a test email to ensure that forwarding is set up correctly.
  • Periodically (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.) check your Reach email to ensure that forwarding continues to work correctly.
