How do I set up email forwarding?

Note: It is not recommended to forward your Reach email to another account. Forwarding can cause missed or delayed messages, and official communication is always considered delivered to your Reach inbox. Please check it regularly.

Follow these steps to set up email forwarding from your Reach email to your preferred email address. 

Steps: 

  1. On your computer – this cannot be done on a mobile device – log into your Reach email.
  2. Click on the “Settings” gear icon on the top right.
  3. Click “See all settings”
  4. Click in "Forwarding and POP/MAP" and then click "Add a forwarding address.”
  5. Follow the directions to finish setting up forwarding and SAVE Changes. 

Tips for success: 

  • Ask your peer to send you a test email to ensure that forwarding is set up correctly.
  • Periodically (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.) check your Reach email to ensure that forwarding continues to work correctly.
