Schedule preferences are saved as part of your enrollment information and you will be registered for courses based on this preference.
You can view your preference in your Reach Student Portal listed on your Bio page next to the Division field.
Your schedule preference is coded in two parts. The first two letters represent your state of employment. The following 3 digits represent your schedule preference.
You may change your schedule preference anytime between semesters by completing a Candidate Schedule Preference Request form. The form is also accessible in your Reach Student Portal located on the left side under Registrar Forms and only needs to be submitted if your current preference no longer works best for you.
Once registration is complete for any upcoming semester, you will receive an email from the Registrar, and you can check your schedule and confirm your registration through your Reach Student Portal.
