How do I update my payment information?
Log into the candidate portal through the steps above.
Click the “Add Payments” link to add or change your payment information:
You will now be able to add or update your payment information whenever you like, directly on the Candidate Payment Portal.
There are a variety of payment methods to choose from. Choose a payment method and follow the instructions.
How do I add an ACH payment from my bank?
Stripe has built-in instant verification. You will be able to search for your bank and login using your regular bank login:
If your bank does not show up or you opt out of instant verification, Stripe will send a small deposit to your bank and you will need to return to the candidate portal in 1-3 days to verify your bank account with that small deposit amount.
When will the first payments be processed through Stripe?
Payments will be processed on the last business day of each month.
