Unofficial & Official Transcript Requests
How do I request an UNOFFICIAL or OFFICIAL transcript?
Unofficial vs Official transcripts:
- Unofficial transcript: A document that lists your completed courses, earned grades and credits, and grade point average (GPA). Unofficial transcripts are often used for self-progress monitoring purposes.
- Official transcript: A document verified and signed by the university’s registrar's office. It lists your completed courses, earned grades and credits, and grade point average. Official transcripts are often requested by other higher education institutions and employers. There is a nominal fee for this document.
