Glossary
- Unofficial transcript: A document that lists your completed courses, earned grades and credits, and grade point average (GPA). Unofficial transcripts are often used for self-progress monitoring purposes.
- Official transcript: A document verified and signed by the university’s registrar's office. It lists your completed courses, earned grades and credits, and grade point average. Official transcripts are often requested by other higher education institutions and employers. There is a nominal fee for this document.
- Anticipated graduation date: Date of your estimated, not guaranteed, degree conferral based on one’s progress in the scope & sequence.

How to Pull Your UN-official Reach Transcript
*If you need to send an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT to your employer, please have one sent to you, keep the envelope sealed, and send the sealed document to your employer.
- If you’re a current candidate, go to Sonis Student: https://reachinstsonis.jenzabarcloud.com/studsect.cfm.
- If you’re a past candidate, go to Sonis Alumni**: https://reachinstsonis.jenzabarcloud.com/alumsect.cfm.
**Alumni Login - Same login & password as your candidate days; if you can’t recall, email CandidateServices@Reach.edu. We’ll get back to you within 24 regular business hours.
4. Select “Transcript” (marked 1) for UN-OFFICIAL transcripts.
A window will pop up with your unofficial transcript.
5. Use the buttons at the top right corner of the pop-up to download (4) or print (5) the document:
If you’re not seeing a window pop open, please check that your browser allows for pop-up windows. YouTube and Google have many resources on how to enable pop-up windows. Here is a screengrab of a Google search:
How to Pull Your OFFICIAL Reach Transcript (2 options!)
Two ways candidates and alumni* can access requests
Option 1: Transcript Request from the Sonis Student Portal
- Access the Sonis Student Portal
- Click on Registrar Forms
- Click the Official Transcript Request link
- This link will forward you directly to the NSC National Student Clearinghouse website to submit a request directly to our processor.
*Alumni log in using the alumni portal and follow the steps above.
Option 2: Access Transcript Request Directly from Clearinghouse
- Click here: https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse he.org/
- Enter Reach University in the search field and click Continue.

Fees
Reach University transcripts are free of charge. Any fees collected are directly associated with Clearinghouse fees and/or the additional cost for Express Mailing with USPS. See fees listed below.
