Admission Checklist and Program Requirements: Steps to Join the Apprenticeship College of Health Program

The ACH program admission requirements are:

  1. Provide an unofficial or official copy of your high school transcript, GED Certificate, or another official completion document for a state-authorized high school equivalency exam. Please note, documents must clearly show your full name, date of birth, graduation date, and for transcripts, total credits earned. 

  2. Candidate Employment Verification. This requirement is managed by Reach Admissions, so no action is needed from the applicant.
  3. Affiliation Verified with Sponsor/Partner. This requirement is managed by Reach Admissions, so no action is needed from the applicant.
