1) Candidates with disabilities can request special accommodations by submitting the Accommodations Request Form.
2) Candidates who will be out of work for a time-limited period can request alternative assignments by submitting the Alternative Assignments Request Form.
3) Candidates who need accommodations for their coursework for a time-limited period (often due to medical reasons) can request temporary accommodations by submitting the Accommodations Request Form.
4) Candidates who need accommodations and will be out of work for a time-limited period can request both temporary accommodations and alternative assignments by submitting the Alternative Assignments Request Form.
