What if I am having trouble locating my high school transcript?

If you are having trouble locating your unofficial high school transcript, we recommend trying the following options:

Option 1: Contact your high school or school district

1. Call or email your high school’s registrar, records office, or guidance office.

2. Ask for a copy of your high school transcript.

3. Ask for a PDF copy by email, if available.

4. Save the full transcript PDF.

*If your high school is closed, contact the school district’s records office and ask how to request your transcript.*

 

Option 2: Use Parchment

1. Go to parchment.com/students/order-status.

2. Search for your high school by its full name.

3. Select the correct school and campus.

4. Create an account or sign in with your personal email.

5. Enter your information, such as the name you used in school, date of birth, graduation year, or student ID.

6. Look for View Transcript, Download Transcript, or Unofficial Self-View.

7. Download or print the full transcript as a PDF.

 

Option 3: Use National Student Clearinghouse

1. Go to tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org.

2. Search for your high school by its full name.

3. Select the correct school.

4. Enter your information and follow the steps to order your transcript.

5. If available, choose email delivery to yourself.

6. Save the full transcript PDF when you receive it.
