How do I verify the anticipated graduation date listed in RIO?

Please follow this step-by-step guide to calculate your anticipated graduation date.

  1. Go to RIO
    1. Log in using your SSO 
  2. Select “My Programs” to check your program progress

    3.    In the “My Program” page, you will see your degree program, progress towards your degree

    4.    Click on “My Results” to view your academic progress such as grades.
  • Results = Pass/Fail
  • Grade = Numerical grade obtained for the course
  • Grade Value = Alphabetical grade, for example “C”
  • Credits Earned = The credits earned upon course completion
  • Term = The term where the course was taken

    5.    Cross-reference your completed courses on the unofficial transcript with the program Scope & Sequence (screengrab below)
  • Compare the two documents to see where you are in the Scope & Sequence

NOTE: CS 300 (Computer Science), CA 400 (Art Elective - only for certain candidates), and SSP 350 (AR Hist - AR only) may only be offered in the summer semester. If you are missing these courses, you will have take this into account in calculating your anticipated grad date.
