What is the checklist for Getting Started with your first semester at Reach?

Use this guide, once admitted, to help you prepare for your first semester at Reach.

    Please note: this guidance is for candidates admitted to the Reach Teachers College. All other candidates should review their faculty’s admissions and onboarding checklist.

    • Log in to your application portal to sign and submit your Undergraduate Enrollment Agreement e-Form. To secure a seat in the required CAS 50 course and your first semester of enrollment, please ensure submission by the required deadline.

    • Review your New Candidate Welcome Packet emailed to you upon admission to: 
      • Complete BOTH Orientation requirements (asynchronous and synchronous). 
      • Review additional key information to help you prepare
      • Review the Reach Academic Calendar
        • CAS 50 is scheduled prior to the start of the traditional semester.

          Each candidate's CAS 50 schedule will be based on when the Enrollment Agreement is signed and submitted. 

      Quick Note

      Enrollment Timeline for Fall 2026 Cohort CAS 50

      ✅ If you submit your Enrollment Agreement (EA) by May 4 

             You will be enrolled in CAS 50: July 6–18.


      ⏳ If you submit your EA between May 5 and July 20
            You will be enrolled in CAS 50: August 3–15.

      • Log in to Reach Technology
        (Contact support@reach.edu if you have not received an email with your access instructions within two weeks of signing your enrollment agreement.) 
        • Reach University Email 
          • Your Reach University Google Account is your email account where you can communicate with instructors, receive important announcements, and access Google Workspace apps such as Google Drive, Docs and other tools.
        • Canvas 
          • The candidate virtual college classroom
          • Zoom links for class (Know how to adjust your time zone)
          • Course materials, including most readings
          • Assignments and assignment submissions
          • Progress grades
          • Course discussion boards
          • Announcements from instructors
        • Candidate Portal 
          • Account where you can:
            • View your course schedule and registration
            • Access transcripts and academic records
            • Review financial aid and account balances
            • See your final grade (posted) at the end of the term
      • Know how to gain support when you need it.
